BiCSoM Technologies is hiring for Web Developer — Fresher positions in Bengaluru with remote hybrid options. This is a full-time role suited for freshers and recent graduates who want to work on WordPress theme design, custom PHP coding, and frontend architectures.
As part of the engineering team at a registered Startup India company, selected developers will build responsive layouts using Elementor, PHP, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax, and Gatsby.

Responsibilities & Tech Stack
Develop, design, build, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, PHP, and other web technologies
Customize pixel-perfect layouts using WordPress styling frameworks like Elementor and WP Bakery
Write clean backend and database logic code using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax
Perform unit testing of website components, validating routines for cross-device compatibility
Maintain website data backups, troubleshoot user feedback issues, and apply coding standards
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech CS, IT), BCA, BSc CS, or Diploma in Web Development
Technical Foundation
Hands-on understanding of WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Ajax
Work Mode & Availability
Willing to work from Bengaluru city office or remotely (hybrid arrangement) on a 6-day work week
