Role Overview
Amazon is hiring for the position of Associate, ML Data Operations (GO-AI Operations) across multiple virtual locations in India (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Andhra Pradesh). This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by performing real-time and offline video/image data audits to support artificial intelligence accuracy.
In this role, Associates watch short video clips (15 to 20 seconds) of stow activities at fulfillment centers, apply human judgement using Amazon’s proprietary tools, and annotate/verify the exact product locations to help ML models self-train and eliminate inventory defects.
Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Video & Image Auditing: Review several hundred short videos (15–20s) per shift and provide accurate responses following quality and speed targets.
- ✔ AI & Robotics Data Labeling: Verify and mark product locations in stowing videos using internal AI annotation tools to maintain high stow quality.
- ✔ Attention to Detail: Identify product details from blurry or less-sharp video frames and maintain a high standard of data accuracy.
- ✔ Work Environment: Operates in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (9-hour shifts including pre-scheduled breaks, 5 working days with 2 consecutive rotational days off).
- ✔ Work From Home Setup: Dedicated workspace with good lighting, power backup, and high-speed internet connectivity.
